How much does a new deck cost in Fort Myers?
The price comes from the size of your deck, the material you pick, and how far off the ground it sits. How long does it take to build a deck?
Most home decks are a matter of days on site once the material is in. The design and the written price happen before that, and the size of the deck is what moves the schedule. You get the dates in writing with the price.
Should I build a composite deck or a pressure-treated deck?
Composite costs more to build and almost nothing to keep, and it holds its color in Florida sun. Pressure-treated wood costs less to build and wants cleaning and sealing every couple of years. Grain & Co. quotes both so you can see the two prices side by side and pick.
Can Grain & Co. build a deck inside my pool cage?
Yes. A lot of the decks Grain & Co. builds sit inside a screened pool enclosure. A deck under a cage has to be framed around the enclosure posts and drained so water leaves the deck rather than sitting on it.
