What does an outdoor kitchen include?
The parts Grain & Co. builds are the island, the services inside it and the counter on top: the structure, the gas, water and power runs, the appliance openings and the finished surface. The grill and fridge that drop into those openings are chosen with you and sized into the build.
Can an outdoor kitchen go on a deck?
Yes, and the framing has to be planned for it. An island with stone on it is heavy, so the joists under that part of the deck are sized for the load before the deck is built rather than after.
Does an outdoor kitchen need a gas line and a water line?
It depends on what you want in it, and Grain & Co. runs whichever apply while the island is open. A built-in grill wants gas, a sink wants water and a drain, and everything wants power. Running them afterwards means opening the island back up.
